How much does RoadPass cost?
From $5 for a week of full access - $9 for two weeks, or $15 for a month. Every plan unlocks all 40 practice tests, the complete notes, and an explanation on every answer.
How do I pay?
By EcoCash. After you sign up, go to Subscribe, pick a plan, and you'll see the EcoCash number to send to - upload a screenshot of the payment and your plan activates immediately.
Is RoadPass affiliated with VID or the government?
No. RoadPass is an independent, privately-run study tool to help you prepare for Zimbabwe's VID provisional driver's licence test. It is not operated by VID, the Zimbabwean government, or any official body.
How many questions does RoadPass have?
1,000 exam-style questions, organised into 40 full mock tests of 25 questions each - the same format as the real test.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes - sign up for a free account and you get Test 1, Test 2, and the full Right of Way notes topic at no cost, no card required.
Does RoadPass explain the answers, or just mark them right or wrong?
Every question has a plain-language explanation, shown right after you answer - whether you got it right or wrong.
Can I use RoadPass on my phone?
Yes - it's a mobile-friendly web app and can be added to your phone's home screen like a normal app, including basic offline support once installed.
What topics are covered?
Road signs, right of way, general rules, speed limits and stopping distances, vehicle classes and licensing, heavy vehicles and towing, and cyclists and motorcyclists, among others.
