Privacy

What we collect

• Account details: your full name, a username, and a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form).
• Your progress: the tests and practice questions you attempt and your answers, so we can show your results.
• Payments: the plan you bought, the amount, the date and the payment reference. When you pay by EcoCash, your EcoCash number is sent to our payment provider, Paynow, to send you the payment prompt. We do not keep your EcoCash PIN and never see it.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

Only to run RoadPass: to log you in, unlock the plan you paid for, show your progress, prevent fraud and abuse, and answer you when you contact us. We do not sell your information and we do not show adverts.

Who we share it with

Paynow (payment processing) receives what is needed to process a payment. Our hosting and network providers (which store and deliver the site) handle its data on our behalf. We share information with authorities only where the law requires it. Nobody else.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one to keep you logged in and one to protect forms from forgery. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We may need to keep basic payment records for accounting purposes.
