Who we are

RoadPass is an independent online study tool for the Zimbabwean VID provisional driver's licence test, based in Harare, Zimbabwe. We are not VID, the Vehicle Inspectorate Department, or any government body, and passing practice tests on RoadPass does not guarantee you will pass the official test.

What you get and what it costs

Creating an account is free. All notes are free to read, and the first two practice tests and topic practice are free to try. A paid plan unlocks every practice test and every explanation for a fixed period. Prices are in US dollars (USD):

• Two Week · 14 days$9
• Monthly · 30 days$15

Plans are one-off payments. They do not renew automatically and we never charge you again unless you choose to pay again. When a plan ends you simply go back to the free tier.

How payment works

You pay by EcoCash. You choose a plan, enter your EcoCash number, and approve the payment prompt on your phone with your PIN. Your plan is delivered digitally and unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed. RoadPass never sees your EcoCash PIN. EcoCash or the payment provider may add a small transaction fee to the amount.

Refunds

Because access is a digital service that starts immediately, we generally do not refund a plan once it has unlocked and been used. We will refund or fix it, quickly, if:

• you were charged but your plan did not unlock;
• you were charged twice for the same plan; or
• a fault on our side stopped you from using the plan you paid for.

To ask, contact us with your username and the payment details. Approved refunds are sent back to the EcoCash number you paid from.

Using your account

• Your plan is for you personally. Please don't share your login or resell access.
• Don't copy or republish our questions, notes or images in bulk.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the service or tries to get access without paying.
• We work hard to keep the questions accurate to the Zimbabwean road rules, but the official VID materials always take precedence if they differ.

Changes

We may update prices, plans or these terms. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
